The JuYou SF-650 is a practical smaller-roll dual shaft slitter rewinder for film, labelstock, self-adhesive materials and flexible packaging production.

Production and Engineering Overview

The SF-650 uses simultaneous upper and lower dual-shaft rewinding and is designed for practical smaller-roll converting. Straightforward controls and workflow support one-person routine operation, and the platform is well suited to small-batch, multi-specification orders with smaller rewind diameters.

Optional automatic knife positioning can position 20 knife pairs in approximately 53 seconds. Final configuration and achievable production performance depend on material structure and thickness, web width, slit width, roll dimensions, target speed and factory requirements.
