Which JuYou Slitter Rewinder Should I Choose?
Start with the material structure and thickness, web width, parent-roll size and weight, finished-roll diameter, slit pattern, target output and handling method. The CLS-A8 is designed for wider webs, larger rolls and heavier-duty production; the SF-850 for flexible medium-to-high-volume converting; and the SF-650 for smaller rewind rolls and practical daily production. The same material may fit more than one platform.
Is Mechanical Speed the Same as Stable Production Speed?
No. Mechanical speed is a machine capability, not a guaranteed production speed for every job. Stable production speed depends on material structure and thickness, web width, slit pattern, roll diameter, tension settings and finished-roll quality requirements. JuYou therefore distinguishes machine specifications from factory tests, commissioning results and customer-site operating evidence.
What Production Data Should I Provide for Machine Selection or a Quotation?
Please provide the material structure and thickness or basis weight, web width, parent-roll diameter and weight, core size, finished-roll diameter and weight, slit widths or lane count, target production speed, quality requirements and any special roll-handling or process-integration needs. Material samples are also helpful when a production trial is required.
