Machine Platforms and Engineering Scope

JuYou's main machine platforms are the CLS-A8, SF-850 and SF-650. Machine selection and configuration are based on material structure and thickness, web width, roll dimensions, slit specifications, target speed, automation level and factory requirements.

Optional automatic knife positioning can position 20 knife pairs in approximately 53 seconds. Project-specific engineering can also include robotic roll handling, wrapping, pallet strapping, AGV transfer, storage and other production-line integration.

Engineering, Manufacturing and Factory Testing

JuYou coordinates mechanical design, component manufacturing, machine assembly, electrical and control integration, full-machine testing and project engineering within one manufacturing process.

Before shipment, machine verification can include component inspection, assembly checks, electrical and safety verification, material trials and Factory Acceptance Testing against agreed project requirements.
