The JuYou CLS-A8 is a heavy-duty wide-web dual shaft slitter rewinder for paper, film, labelstock, paperboard, flexible packaging and aluminum coil, designed for wide webs, large rolls and demanding high-output industrial converting.

Production and Engineering Overview

Independent left and right rewind shafts use separate drives and control circuits, allowing one side to continue producing while finished rolls are unloaded from the other.

Optional automatic knife positioning can position 20 knife pairs in approximately 53 seconds. The CLS-A8 also supports switchable open- and closed-loop tension control, wide-web material configurations, parent-roll loading up to 3 tons and finished-roll unloading up to 1.5 tons per rewind shaft.

Real Customer Records

Documented CLS-A8 projects include seven machines for ND Paper across China and the United States, long-term production follow-up with Fedrigoni in Italy, and a customized Xianhe specialty-paper project. The Xianhe project runs at 800–1000 m/min in daily production and reached 1200 m/min in testing under project-specific conditions.
